The Leadership Mandate You will be entrusted with: Business Expansion Strategy Market mapping, cluster strategy, and multi-city retail rollout Identifying high-value growth corridors and partnerships Franchise & company-owned model optimization Retail Excellence & Commercial Performance Driving LFL growth, conversion, ATV, and inventory efficiency Retail SOP standardization across formats Omni-channel integration and customer experience elevation Brand & Category Scale-Up Strengthening premium positioning in Home & Apparel Cross-functional alignment (merchandising, VM, operations, marketing) Building scalable processes without diluting luxury perception Leadership & Capability Building Coaching retail heads and cluster managers Building second-line leadership Embedding performance-driven culture with accountability metrics Ideal Profile 18+ years of progressive leadership in Home / Fashion / Lifestyle retail Demonstrated track record of geographical expansion & revenue acceleration Strong command over retail KPIs, store economics & operational excellence Experience managing multi-location teams at scale Strategic yet execution-oriented What Makes This Role Different?
