Job Description : Engineering Director (Abu Dhabi) We are hiring an experienced Engineering Director to lead multi?discipline engineering teams for major EPC/EPCI offshore and onshore mega?projects in the Oil & Gas sector. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage large multi?discipline engineering teams. - Oversee FEED and detailed design for complex EPC/EPCI projects. - Ensure all engineering deliverables meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. - 15+ years’ Oil & Gas experience, including 9+ years in senior engineering leadership. - Strong expertise in FEED, detailed design, EPC/EPCI offshore & onshore megaprojects. - Proven ability to manage large engineering organizations (Managers and above).
