Job Description : PROJECT HEAD GHANA To lead end-to-end execution of greenfield food processing plant projects, ensuring completion within approved timelines, budget, statutory compliance, food safety standards, and operational readiness Experience: 15 years in Projects Execution. Preference will be given for green field projects experience and also 3-5 years experience in West Africa Projects execution. 1. Project Planning & Design Lead greenfield food processing plant setup from concept to commissioning. Coordinate plant layout planning considering process flow, hygiene zoning, material movement, and future expansion. Work closely with process consultants, architects, and equipment suppliers. Finalize technical specifications for machinery and utilities He is responsible for complete project implementation. Should have reasonably good knowledge on civil works, Structures erection, Equipment erection, Piping etc., apart from handling contractors and people The incumbent should have experience in handling green field projects, in particular to Oil Seed Processing Plants / Agro based projects / Food Processing / Dairy Industry. Plant & Machinery Installation Manage procurement, installation, and commissioning of processing lines, packaging machines, and automation systems. Coordinate installation of utilities such as boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, refrigeration systems, and water treatment plants. Ensure smooth integration of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Strong knowledge of food processing plant design & utilities Understanding of hygiene zoning and food-grade construction Project scheduling & cost control expertise Vendor negotiation & contract management Knowledge of food safety compliance standards
