You will lead the full aftersales ecosystem service, parts, bodyshop, warranty, and customer experience ensuring every function operates with clarity, control, and commercial purpose. ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????: ? Drive aftersales strategy and daily operating rhythm ? Lift network standards and reinforce execution discipline ? Partner closely with GM, Sales, Finance, and OEM teams ? Deliver consistent service quality and financial control ???????????? ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????: ? Aftersales revenue and gross profit across service and parts ? Customer retention, repeat visits, and loyalty uplift ? Workshop utilisation, efficiency, throughput, and capacity planning ? Parts fill rate, inventory turns, and ageing stock management ? Warranty governance, claim quality, and OEM compliance ? Bodyshop cycle time, insurer relationships, and profitability ? Process discipline across booking, diagnosis, job cards, upsell, and delivery ? Measurable improvements in csi and nps ? Capability development across service, parts, and technical teams ? Safety, compliance, and audit readines ????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? ? 12+ years in automotive aftersales; 5+ in senior leadership ? Proven P&L delivery and KPI command across workshop and parts ? Strong warranty governance; bodyshop experience preferred ? Track record improving csi/nps while lifting productivity ? Qatar market experience; English fluency (Arabic a plus)
