Construction Manager

Job Description : Construction Manager – Civil | EPC / Oil & Gas | Abu Dhabi Astra Engineering & Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Manager – Civil to lead and manage site construction activities across major EPC and Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a strong leader with deep technical expertise, hands on field experience, and the ability to drive construction execution safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with ADNOC standards. ???? Position Details Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: EPC / Oil & Gas Role: Construction Manager – Civil Experience: 10+ Years (EPC & Oil & Gas mandatory) Preference: ADNOC Approved, GCC Experience, Immediate Joiner ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all civil construction activities at site • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and ADNOC standards • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors • Monitor construction progress, manpower allocation, and daily site operations • Resolve technical issues and ensure timely execution of work fronts • Review method statements, ITPs, and construction procedures • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support project management reviews ???? Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • 10+ years of experience in civil construction within EPC / Oil & Gas projects • ADNOC Approved candidates are highly preferred • Strong understanding of EPC construction workflows and site execution • GCC experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills • Ability to manage large teams and multiple work fronts in a fast paced environment
