(Depending on the level of experience) Skills (Should have) - Exposure in IPO process from Start to End and manufacturing background only Job Description - 1. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team 2. Total understanding , control and action with regards to the health of the organisation. 3. Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/MD and members of the executive management team 4. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting 5. Start to end of the IPO process .Should have handled at least one under his tenure 6. Advising on long-term business and financial planning 7. Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets 8. Proven leader, training and developing human talent 9. Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group 10. Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders 11. Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures 12. Establishing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations 13. Ratio Analysis, Variance Analysis and MIS 14. Periodic finalization of the books and coordination of the statutory audits thereon 15. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 16. Oversee direct taxation and indirect taxation matters 17. Coordinating with Industries department for incentive 18. Financial and costs for new greenfield and brown field projects. 19. SoPs and policies formulation and ensure adherence to the same 20. Prepare and oversee budgets and financial projections. 21. Drive Cost optimisation 22. Driving projects leading to automation, cost efficiency 23. Preparing and delivering financial presentations to support decision-making. 24. Ensuring compliance with financial laws, regulations, and reporting requirements 25. Oversee the accounting operations Financial Reporting and analysis 26. Monitor cash flow and liquidity and advise on strategies to maintain a strong financial position 27. Manage and develop the accounting team to ensure maximum efficiency including setting goals and performance evaluations. 28. Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. 29. Participating in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning
