Job Description : Operations Manager – Trucking (Cross-Border Operations) A leading Transportation & Cross-Border Trucking Company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize large-scale trucking operations in Tanzania. ???? Location: Dar es Salaam / Mtwara ???????? Nationality: Indian ???? Experience: 10–15 years ???? Reporting to: Senior Management ???? Role Objective Manage and optimize end-to-end trucking operations including fleet movement, dispatch, turnaround time (TAT), fuel performance, and key operational KPIs. ???? Key Responsibilities ? Daily fleet movement & dispatch planning ? Reduce TAT at ports, borders & client locations ? Route & trip planning optimization ? Fuel monitoring & efficiency improvement ? Coordination with workshop, HR & safety teams ? Operational MIS & KPI reporting ???? Compensation & Benefits ???? Salary: USD 3,000 – 4,000 (Take Home) ???? Company-provided accommodation ?
