20 yearsJob Description : Head — Human Resources DUBAI UAE Reporting To: CEO Industry: International Trading Role Summary The Head of HR will lead the overall Human Resources strategy and operations for the trading organization. The role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, building a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting regional/global trading operations. This position requires strong experience in fast-paced, performance-driven trading environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with company growth plans. *Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team. -Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. Support business expansion across GCC / Africa / Asia. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead recruitment strategy for traders, commercial teams, finance, logistics, and support functions. Build strong hiring pipelines for high-performance trading talent. Implement competency-based hiring frameworks. Manage onboarding and probation processes. 3. Performance Management Design KPI-driven performance management systems aligned with trading targets. Drive performance-linked incentive structures. Manage appraisal cycles and bonus frameworks. 4. Compensation & Benefits Develop competitive compensation structures for trading roles. Design incentive plans linked to revenue, margins, and profitability. Benchmark salaries within Dubai trading market. Manage payroll, benefits, insurance, and ESOP . 5. Employee Engagement & Culture Build a meritocratic, entrepreneurial, high-performance culture. Manage employee relations and grievance handling. Drive engagement initiatives and retention strategies. 6. Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements. Manage visa, work permits, and expatriate employment processes. Maintain HR policies, documentation, and audit readiness. 7. HR Operations & Systems Implement and manage HRMS systems. Oversee payroll processing and HR administration. Maintain HR metrics and dashboards for management reporting. Key Requirements 18 to 20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in high-performance organizations preferred. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Experience managing multicultural workforce. MBA / PGDM in HR from premium institute preferred. Strong business acumen and understanding of trading economics. High integrity and confidentiality. MOHIT
