Senior HSE Manager

Job Description : Senior HSE Manager Location: UAE – Dubai Geographic Scope: Middle East Reporting To: COO Experience Required: 15+ Years We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety & Environmental strategy across our Middle East operations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving regulatory compliance, risk management, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies aligned with industry and regulatory standards • Ensure compliance with UAE and Middle East HSE regulations and Group standards • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective & preventive actions • Oversee HSE audits and continuous improvement initiatives • Develop emergency response and crisis management plans • Design and deliver HSE training programs across the organization • Provide strategic HSE guidance to senior leadership • Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements • Lead and mentor the HSE team across multiple sites Essential Expertise: Strong risk assessment & hazard identification capabilities Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks Proven leadership in managing HSE teams Incident investigation & root cause analysis expertise Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Experience in HSE management systems and digital tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (Mandatory) Master’s Degree (Advantageous) Certifications (Required): • NEBOSH • IOSH Advantageous: • CSP or equivalent international certifications Industry Experience: Minimum 15+ years in HSE roles, preferably within Steel Fabrication, Pipe Manufacturing, Coating, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Engineering sectors.
