Job Description : Head of Finance Location: Southern Africa Client: Reputed & Diversified Business Group Compensation: INR 80 Lakhs – INR 100 Lakhs per annum + performance-linked benefits (for the right candidate) seasoned Head of Finance for a reputed client in Southern Africa. This is a leadership role requiring strategic financial oversight, operational discipline, and strong stakeholder management across multi-business operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and governance Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting frameworks Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems Optimize working capital, cash flow, and cost structures Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic financial decisions Lead and mentor the finance team across locations Drive ERP optimization and financial process automation Candidate Profile: Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in India, UAE, or Africa is recommended (not mandatory) Exposure to multi-location or multi-entity operations is desirable Strategic mindset with strong execution capability Why This Role?
