Job Description : GM / Head of Operations ???? Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE ???? Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 We are looking for a dynamic and experienced GM / Head of Operations to lead and oversee all operational functions of our UAE branch. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across production, quality, logistics, and team management, while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. ? Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day operations of the UAE branch and ensure smooth workflow. • Oversee production planning, quality control, and continuous process improvement. • Manage, train, and mentor the operations team. • Develop and implement SOPs; monitor KPIs to drive performance. • Coordinate with clients and support business development for seamless project execution. • Manage budgets, control costs, and implement operational efficiency initiatives. ? Technical Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing operations. • Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and logistics management. • Ability to analyze operational data and optimize efficiency and cost structures. ? Requirements • 7–8 years of leadership experience in operations/production (manufacturing or printing preferred). • Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills (English mandatory). • Prior experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.
