Job Description : Head Accounts and Finance KENYA for a retail company Role Summary: The role will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, compliance, working capital management, and profitability analysis across stores and business channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Oversee daily accounting operations, sales reconciliation, and inventory accounting. Ensure statutory compliance (taxation, audit, regulatory requirements). Monitor store-wise P&L and cost control. Manage cash flow and working capital. Implement strong internal controls and financial SOPs. Lead and mentor the finance team. Key Requirements: CA / CMA / CPA / MBA (Finance). 15 years of experience, preferably in retail Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and audit. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally). Strong analytical and leadership skills.
