Job Description : Plant Manager - Emulsion Plant * for *Explosive Emulsion Plant* based in *Central Africa* Experience: 10+ years Location: Central Africa Qualifications: BE/B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering - Oversee complete operations of the Explosive Emulsion Plant. - Ensure production targets are achieved as per monthly/annual plans. - Monitor emulsion manufacturing process (oxidizer solution preparation, oil phase mixing, emulsification, gassing, cartridge/bulk loading). - Ensure strict compliance with explosive safety standards and statutory regulations. - Lead plant staff including production engineers, shift supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel. - Conduct training on safety and process handling. - Drive performance management and workforce discipline. - Prepare plant budget and monitor expenses. - Optimize operational costs. - Improve process efficiency and reduce wastage.
