Job Description : Plant Head – Chocolate (Wafers) & Biscuits Manufacturing FRANCE Open to French speaking international candidates ????Experience Level: Senior Leadership WITH 20-25 YEARS EXPERIENCE We are seeking a seasoned Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for our Chocolate (Wafers) and Biscuits production facility. This role requires strong expertise in operations, quality, food safety, cost optimization, and people management within an FMCG/food manufacturing environment. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS • Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, and process excellence initiatives • Implement and monitor FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, FSMS, and statutory compliances • Manage plant budgets, capacity planning, manpower, and resource optimization • Ensure on-time production, minimal downtime, and high equipment utilization through TPM & preventive maintenance
