Job Description : Hiring: Manager – Accounts & Finance | Sharjah, UAE Are you a finance professional who goes beyond bookkeeping and drives business performance? We are seeking a dynamic Accounts & Finance Manager to lead financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making for our operations in Sharjah, UAE. ???? What You’ll Be Responsible For: ???? Leading end-to-end financial reporting (BS, P&L, Cash Flow) ???? Ensuring compliance with GAAP / IFRS and regulatory standards ???? Driving budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis ???? Managing cash flow, treasury & banking relationships ???? Overseeing A/P, A/R & payroll functions ???? Coordinating audits & ensuring tax compliance ???? Building strong internal controls and process efficiencies ???? Mentoring and managing the accounting team ???? What We’re Looking For: ? 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance ? Strong ERP exposure (SAP preferred) ? Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills ? Leadership mindset with strong analytical ability ? Experience handling audits & compliance in a structured environment ????
