Job Description : RETAIL BUSINESS HEAD KSA one of the largest retail conglomerates operating across the Middle East, Africa & India, with a strong footprint in multi-category retail and large-format stores. The group is now looking to appoint a National Concept Business Head for KSA to lead end-to-end country business performance for one of its established retail concepts. Role Summary: This is a full P&L leadership role with complete ownership of: - Country retail strategy & growth - Market expansion & property strategy - Annual business planning & budgets - Customer experience & loyalty - Brand & marketing optimization - Supply chain efficiency - Store launches & CAPEX governance - Building high-performance leadership teams Key Responsibilities: - Drive concept growth & market share in KSA - Deliver topline & bottom-line performance - Optimize stock levels & markdowns - Lead expansion & new store rollout - Align local operations with global HQ strategy - Benchmark competition & drive operational excellence - Develop succession pipeline & coach leadership teams Candidate Profile: - 15+ years of retail experience (multi-category preferred) - Strong P&L ownership at large format level - Exposure to GCC markets preferred - Experience in multi-brand, multi-location environment - High ownership mindset & execution focus - Strong stakeholder management skills Why Consider This Role?: - Full country mandate - Large-scale retail operations - High visibility leadership position - Strong expansion focus in KSA
