Job Description : Country HeadKenya • We are looking for experienced candidate as Country Head for Kenya Market. Will be based in Kenya. • minimum 10-15 years working experience in Kenya is must. * Having experience of handling subsidiary will be added advantage • Will be responsible of overall #Kenya P&L of Country. • Management of sales promotion, marketing, supply chain, regulatory activities, business development, team management, distributor management. • Responsible for exploring market, identify potential customers, and promotion through CME, workshops, conferences etc • Co-ordinating and managing customers including KOLs, distributor, tender authorities, ministry of health, & other govt. officials for business • Co-ordinating with head office, India for the execution of business to ensure smooth secondary sales in country • Planning & implementation of the strategies in country making it a profitable business centre • Managing all compliance • Salary will not be constrain for good Candidate
