Job Description : CFO DUBAI UAE a dynamic and fast-growing brokerage and proprietary trading group operating across global financial markets. The Group is seeking to appoint an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Lead financial strategy, capital planning, and liquidity management across brokerage and proprietary trading activities. Oversee regulatory financial reporting, capital adequacy monitoring, and compliance within a regulated trading environment. Manage treasury operations, margin funding, counterparty relationships, and banking infrastructure. Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic growth initiatives, new product launches (e.g., CFDs, margin products), and market expansion. Establish and enhance financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes aligned with brokerage best practice. Lead audit, tax, and regulatory engagements while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team. 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with senior leadership exposure within brokerage, prop trading, or capital markets. Strong understanding of regulatory capital frameworks, liquidity management, and financial controls in a trading environment. Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, growth-focused business. Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) required; experience in regulated markets highly preferred.
