Corporate Director of Operations

Job Description : Corporate Director of Operations Location: Bend, Oregon USA Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 plus bonus high-performing, results-driven operations leader to step into a senior executive role overseeing multiple hotel properties! This role requires a proven operator who can lead seasoned leaders, and drive operational and financial performance across a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be willing to relocate to Bend, Oregon, or already reside in the area. Requirements & Responsibilities: Lead operational strategy and execution across multiple hotel properties. Directly manage Area Directors and partner with General Managers to ensure operational excellence. Oversee financial performance, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and cost-control initiatives. Standardize processes, implement best practices, and maintain compliance with brand and operational standards. Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Purchasing, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
