Key Responsibilities Drive HR strategy aligned with business objectives Lead Industrial Relations & union management Strengthen talent management, leadership development & succession planning Drive culture transformation and change management initiatives Oversee HR governance, compliance, and compensation strategy Leverage HR analytics and digital HR practices Profile Requirements MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institution 25+ years of HR leadership experience Strong exposure to Manufacturing / Fertilizers / Process Industry preferred Expertise in IR, Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Development
