Job Description : Commercial Manager – Retail Compliance & Loss Control ???? Port of Spain TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO ???? Salary Range: TT$23,000 – TT$25,000 per month A leading retail organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager – Retail Compliance & Loss Control to safeguard company assets and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for strengthening loss control systems, reducing shrink and obsolescence, leading compliance audits, overseeing security protocols, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational standards. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in improving processes, minimizing risk, and enhancing store performance through data-driven insights and strong cross-functional collaboration Requirements: ? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field ? Minimum 10 years’ experience in Retail Management, Loss Prevention, Compliance, or Security Management (retail experience preferred) ? Proven track record implementing systems to reduce operational risk ? Strong analytical, investigative, and leadership capabilities
