The Successful Applicant A successful Head HSES should have: Educational qualifications in engineering, environmental science, or a related field. Proven experience in health, safety, environmental, and sustainability practices within the industrial manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industrial sector. Experience in implementing HSES management systems and driving continuous improvement. Excellent leadership skills to inspire and guide teams effectively.
