They operate as a large organization with a strong presence in the financial services domain. Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data. Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities to improve business performance. Provide insights and recommendations on cost optimization and revenue growth strategies. Develop financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis. Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all financial activities. Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A should have: 20+ years experience A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial data. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Excellent knowledge of financial systems and tools such as Excel and ERP software. Attention to detail and a results-driven approach to deliver high-quality outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
