Kinmarche – A Leading Supermarket Business Chain under BNB Groupe We are expanding our merchandising leadership team and looking for an experienced Category Manager from a retail food supermarket/hypermarket background to drive category growth and profitability across Central Africa. ???? Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and margin targets Manage assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and supplier negotiations Analyze sales trends, consumer behavior, and market insights Drive private label and brand mix optimization Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and shrinkage control Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams ? Requirements: 10 years of experience in Category Management within retail food supermarket or hypermarket Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Experience handling FMCG categories Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability ????
