Job Description : Manufacturing Head We are partnering with a leading Automotive OEM to appoint a dynamic Plant Head for a large, complex manufacturing setup in North India and Maharashtra. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned manufacturing professional who has successfully led end-to-end plant operations and driven measurable business outcomes. The role carries full ownership of plant performance including P&L, operations, quality, cost optimization, safety, statutory liaisoning, and people strategy. What we’re looking for: 18–25 years of experience in Automotive / Tractor / Commercial Vehicle manufacturing Prior experience heading a plant with P&L responsibility Strong command over plant operations, administration & external liaisoning Hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma & Industry 4.0 initiatives Experience managing unionized workforce environments Demonstrated success in driving productivity, cost efficiency & quality improvements We are seeking a leader who can balance strategic vision with strong shop-floor execution and build a culture of operational excellence to support long-term growth.
