This role will partner closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership to drive financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth. ???? Role Overview • Lead Finance & Accounts, controls, and compliance. • Drive budgeting, MIS, and cash flow management. • Oversee AP, AR, taxation, and audits. • Manage banking, credit facilities, and funding. • Support strategic growth and automation initiatives. • Build and lead a strong finance team. ???? Ideal Profile • CA + MBA or MCom in Finance. • 20+ years in finance leadership within trading organisations. • Strong GST, Income Tax, audit, and compliance expertise. • Proficient in ERP, SAP, or Tally. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
