Job Description : Human Resources Director Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 plus bonus Location: New York, NY I am currently working with a restaurant client in New York, and they are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee all HR functions for their three locations. This is a standalone HR role with high visibility and direct partnership with leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable owning HR strategy and execution! Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with overall business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters. Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives. Design and manage performance management processes and employee development programs. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and lead employee engagement initiatives. Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
