Job Description : Quality Head ???? Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE ???? Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 Role Overview: The Quality Head will oversee and manage all quality control processes, ensuring products meet the highest standards and comply with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality control systems and SOPs. • Monitor production to ensure products meet quality standards. • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials and finished goods. • Manage and mentor the quality control team, ensuring accountability and performance. • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects and enhance product quality. • Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues. • Ensure compliance with food-grade materials and UAE regulations. Technical Skills / Experience: • Strong experience in quality management in printing, packaging, or manufacturing. • Hands-on knowledge of quality standards, audits, and inspection processes. • Familiarity with food-grade material standards and regulatory compliance. • Ability to analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile: • 6-7 years of UAE experience in quality management (printing/packaging preferred). • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. • Good communication skills (English mandatory). • Ability to maintain high product quality and compliance.
