Job Description : Group Financial Controller (Group Level) Location: Head Office – Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia We’re appointing a Group Financial Controller to lead group-wide financial control, reporting discipline, and governance across a contracting-led holding group. This is not a reporting-only role. It’s a control, standardization, and financial integrity mandate critical to margin protection, transparency, and decision confidence. You will work closely with the Group CFO, CEO, auditors, and business unit finance teams. ???? Required Candidate Profile Certification CMA or ACCA — Mandatory Experience 15–20 years total experience Contracting Background Minimum 10 years in EPC / Infrastructure / Project-based companies Core FP&A Skills Budgeting • Forecasting • Variance Analysis • Rolling Forecast Financial Modeling • Performance Analysis Systems SAP or Oracle — Power BI is a plus Language Fluent English (spoken & written) Previous Titles (Target Level) FP&A Manager / Senior FP&A Manager / Financial Controller CFO and Finance Manager profiles will not be considered ???? What You Will Lead Group consolidation and intercompany accounting governance Month-end close and financial reporting discipline Standardization of chart of accounts and accounting policies Project accounting control (WIP, revenue recognition, cost tracking) Financial statements and audit readiness across entities FP&A integration into group reporting Financial control frameworks and compliance Margin visibility and performance reporting ????
