The role will oversee restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless 5-star service delivery. You will lead, train, and mentor a diverse local team through a hands-on, lead-by-example approach, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Key Requirements: ?Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager within a 5-star, chain-branded hotel. ?Proven ability provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ?Strong bar management background and an extensive beverage product knowledge. ?Experience working in hardship or remote locations is essential; South Pacific experience is advantageous. ?Strong communicator and an excellent personal presentation. ????This is a single status contract. Candidates must be able to travel professionally on a single basis. Onsite board and lodging are provided.
