Job Description : HEAD MINING SERVICES OMAN Lead end-to-end management of the Mining Services division, including business planning, P&L responsibility, and execution of mining contracts. Drive operational efficiency, safety compliance, and workforce productivity at all sites. Develop and execute growth strategies to expand service offerings across multiple geographies. Build and maintain strong relationships with mining clients, government authorities, and stakeholders. Lead project mobilization, tendering, cost control, and performance management. Establish high-performance culture, capability building, and leadership development within the division. Oversee equipment planning, procurement, fleet performance, and maintenance strategies. Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering (Mandatory) At least 15–20 years of experience in open-pit and underground mining operations and contract mining services.
