Job Description : PRODUCTION ENGINEER ( CAPS AND CLOSURES MANUFACTURING) UAE We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer for our Caps & Closures Manufacturing Unit, having strong hands-on knowledge of SACMI CCM Machines. ???? Position: Production Engineer ???? Department: Caps Manufacturing (CCM) ? Machine: SACMI CCM (Compression Molding) ???? Key Responsibilities: SACMI CCM machines ka end-to-end production handling Daily, monthly production planning & target achievement Machine setting, mold changeover & process optimization Rejection control, quality improvement & wastage reduction Minor breakdown troubleshooting & root cause analysis Coordination with Maintenance, Quality & Utility departments Manpower handling, shift management & safety compliance Production MIS & documentation maintenance ???? Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / CIPET (Mechanical / Production) Experience: Minimum 4–7 years in CCM Caps Manufacturing Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience on SACMI CCM Machines ???? Required Skills: Deep knowledge of CCM process & molds Material handling (HDPE / PP) Production efficiency & OEE improvement Strong troubleshooting & leadership skills Knowledge of 5S, TPM & safety standards ????
