Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER KAMPALA UGANDA Finance Manager Min. Experience. 12 years We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our finance & accounts department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry and possess strong leadership, financial management, and analytical skills. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company and requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Roles: Financial Leadership: Overseeing all financial & accounting aspects of the company. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing financial strategies. Compliance & Control: Ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining internal controls. Team Management: Leading and mentoring the finance team. Reporting & Analysis: Providing timely and accurate financial information. Systems Management: Overseeing financial systems, including ERP and MIS. Business Partner: Collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities: Financial Operations: Managing accounts, cash flow, revenue, and expenditure. Legal & Statutory Compliance: Handling financial legal matters and ensuring compliance with tax and other regulations. ISO Compliance: Maintaining and improving financial aspects of ISO certifications. Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis. Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts. ERP & MIS Management: Overseeing and optimizing the use of financial systems. Team Leadership: Managing, training, and developing the finance team.
