Job Description : AGM HR MUMBAI INDIA looking to onboard strong team members in my team who could lead the entire performance management vertical across India & Africa. This opportunity would be on rolls of a large conglomerate operating in Africa with its India Back Office in Mumbai. Past experience of having either led or part of the entire journey from Business Vision/Goal Setting to designing goalsheets (I will give you the templates); to implementing deployment on ground; tracking daily & weekly progress on the subject; conducting quarterly reviews and finally collating the data for the annual review and commensurate Hi-Pot identification. Besides this as the domain knowledge, would be great if the candidate has served in petrochem, edible oil and logistics industries. I need implementors on ground - foot soldiers; hence, there will be heavy reliance on on-ground implementation and may involve frequent travel to Africa as well. Designation will be 'AGM-HR'.
