Job Description : COO TANZANIA large and well-established diversified manufacturing group based in Tanzania. This role will play a critical leadership position within the organization, responsible for driving operational excellence across large-scale manufacturing operations, overseeing multi-plant environments, and leading a significant workforce while supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy. ???? Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Operations The role will focus on: • Leading end-to-end manufacturing and operational strategy • Driving productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization • Managing multi-plant production environments • Strengthening supply chain, procurement, and plant performance • Building strong operational systems and leadership teams Ideal Leadership Profile: ? 18–25+ years of experience in manufacturing operations ? Currently working as COO / VP Operations / Director Operations / Business Head ? Exposure to textiles, plastics, polymers, packaging, industrial manufacturing ? Proven experience managing large manufacturing setups and complex operations ? Experience working in international or emerging markets will be an advantage
