Job Description : PLANT HEAD – HDPE / GEOSYNTHETICS / TECHNICAL TEXTILES POLAND Open to International candidates on a 3 years contract Euro 180K plus benefits high-caliber Plant Head for a leading manufacturing organization This role is for leaders who have already handled large-scale HDPE / PP extrusion / Geomembrane / Coated Fabric plants — not general textile or garment operations. Has 18–25 years of hardcore manufacturing experience Currently leads a plant or is a strong No.2 (AGM/DGM Ops) ready to step up Has managed 200+ manpower Handles full plant operations – Production, Maintenance, QA, PPC, Stores Has driven cost optimization, efficiency improvement & capacity expansion If you’ve commissioned lines, improved OEE, reduced cost per MT, and taken full operational ownership
