Full P&L ownership. Established customer base. Clear growth mandate. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, commercial acumen and the ability to scale performance in a blue-collar manufacturing environment. Ideal background: MD / Divisional MD within manufacturing Plastics, engineered products or construction-related sectors Experience leading £20m-£80m turnover businesses Serious operators only.
