Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD ZAMBIA The position shall be responsible for the Sales / Marketing of three wheelers, through nation-wide distribution network. Direct and management of all sales and business development operations, after Sales Service including brand building, pricing and promotional strategies. Planning & implementing aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales target, market share and profitability objectives of the division. Maintaining key customer base, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and exploring growth opportunities. Leading, training and motivating a team of highly competent sales / marketing professionals also form part of the key responsibilities. Coach team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches Prepare monthly plan & budget in alignment with annual plan Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports Assess overall company performance against objectives Represent the company in events, conferences etc. Shall be responsible for protecting monthly top-line and bottom-line and must have experience is drawing the same The ideal candidate should be post graduate. Must have experience of 15+ years in sales & marketing with minimum 5 years in a senior management position, heading entire sales / marketing function of a reputed automobile brand. Must have proven track record & leadership qualities, effective communication, strong inter-personal skills, sound commercial acumen, analytical ability and pleasing personality are essential. Should have in-depth knowledge of 3 W market of African Countries. Sound knowledge of Automotive business process. Should have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Highly creative, innovative, out of the box thinker. Must be well versed with Madagascar/ Malawi market
