Job Description : GM DRC FOR BEVERAGE CO DRC Will serve as the Chief Business Officer / General Manager for the entity at national level It includes Sales & distribution, marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions. Will define and implement the business strategy for the entity at national level. Detailed JD will be shared with the shortlisted candidates. At least 20+ years of experience in Non-alcoholic beverages (CSD, juices, etc.) is a must Should have been in a general manager position before (overseeing both S&D as well as Manufacturing function) Candidates with core functional experience only (e.g.only Sales or Manufacturing) will not be considered Prior experience in African markets will be a significant advantage The company is flexible on age, and experience.
