Reputed API Manufacturing Company Verch Consulting LLP is looking for a seasoned API Plant Head to lead end-to-end operations of a large-scale API manufacturing facility. ???? Key Requirements: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory) 20+ years of experience in API manufacturing Proven experience as Plant Head / Operations Head Strong exposure to regulatory audits, quality systems & EHS Telugu language proficiency (Mandatory) This is a high-impact strategic leadership role driving operational excellence, compliance, productivity, and large team management. 3) Fleet Management Director to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: • Develop and oversee the annual fleet management plan • Manage daily fleet operations, including procurement, registration, and maintenance • Coordinate with internal departments and manage SLAs • Monitor performance, KPIs, and implement corrective actions • Implement Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) practices • Review fleet policies, procedures, and ensure compliance • Manage fleet insurance contracts and claims • Lead training, development, and risk management initiatives • Drive continuous improvement and best practices • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management Certification: CILT Certificate in Fleet & Transport Management (CFTM)
