Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD CAMBODIA FOR TRACTOR FARM EQUIPMENT Take complete ownership of sales targets and ensure achievement through disciplined execution. Motivate, train, and guide the local sales and service team to improve performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide clear direction to achieve business objectives. A person is required to have strong prior experience in handling a sales team Customer Service & Technical Support Ensure customer service is delivered at the highest possible standard, including timely issue resolution. Possess strong technical knowledge of tractors and understand common field-level customer issues. Guide and support mechanics in diagnosing and fixing tractor issues, including on-site troubleshooting when required. Act as an escalation point for complex service and warranty matters. Marketing & Business Development Develop and implement innovative marketing plans tailored to Cambodian customers and farming cycles. Support dealer-level promotions, demonstrations, and farmer engagement programs. Provide market feedback to management and Mahindra on pricing, product demand, and competitive dynamics. Finance & Credit Coordinatio Coordinate with local banks, MFIs, and finance companies to arrange customer financing. Support customers in structuring credit solutions to improve tractor affordability and sales conversion. Work closely with finance partners to streamline approvals and documentation. Operations & Inventory Management Coordinate directly with Farm Equipment for ordering tractors, spare parts, and consumables. Ensure adequate inventory levels of spares to minimize downtime and support after-sales service. Monitor stock movement, ageing, and forecasting to support sales and service requirements. Minimum 10 years of experience in tractor operations, preferably with: A tractor manufacturer, or A large tractor dealership or farm equipment distributor. Strong technical understanding of tractors and agricultural machinery. Proven experience in sales leadership and target ownership. Ability to manage inventory, spares planning, and after-sales operations. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sales tracking, inventory, reporting). Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Ability to work independently in a developing market environment. Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with willingness to engage directly in field issues.
