Job Description : HEAD SUPPLY CHAIN DIGITIAL TRANSFORMATION EUROPE Open to International Indian candidates A large, listed Indian multinational with a significant global footprint, manufacturing operations across India and Europe, and a workforce of over 20,000 employees. The company is undertaking a comprehensive global digital transformation of its supply chain. - The Head of Supply Chain Digital Transformation will lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of the company's global supply chain digital agenda-spanning planning, logistics, distribution, and customer service. - The mandate is to build an agile, resilient, data-driven, and cost-optimized supply chain through advanced digitalization, analytics, and orchestration capabilities. - Define and drive the enterprise-wide supply chain digital strategy in partnership with the C-suite and central Digital teams. - Shape the global digital operating model, investment roadmap, governance structure, and KPI framework. - Lead large-scale transformation programs, ensuring milestone-based delivery and measurable business impact across regions. - Build and institutionalize product ownership and agile ways of working within supply chain functions. - Implement advanced planning, control tower, logistics execution (TMS/WMS), and data lake platforms to enable end-to-end visibility. - Elevate analytics capabilities from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive, enabling cognitive decision automation and supply chain orchestration. - Establish robust global data governance and master data management frameworks. - Govern multi-vendor, cross-geography teams and drive capability building and digital upskilling. - Engineering degree; MBA in Supply Chain or related field preferred. SCOR/APICS certifications advantageous. - 18-25 years' experience, including leading global supply chain digital transformation programs, in top-tier global companies in FMCG, Industrial, Electronics, Pharma, Appliances, Automotive and similar sectors - Deep expertise in planning systems (e.g., O9, SAP APO), TMS/WMS, analytics/AI/ML tools, and data architecture. - Proven leadership in driving enterprise transformation, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. - Strong strategic orientation with hands-on execution capability and change leadership experience.
