General Manager

Job Description : General Manager – Strategy Sharjah – 45k + family medical Trading & Distribution company. For a well-established company based in Sharjah, we are seeking a GM for Strategy. The ideal person for this role would be a consultant or manager who has gone through a transition/transformation with a large company, like a family group. Should have: 12-15 years in a commercial leadership role in trading and or distribution Multi-country exposure Strong P & L ownership background Experience in scaling commercial teams Be a data driven decision maker Have the ability to operate at strategic and execution levels The objective of this role is to own and drive revenue growth, market expansion and commercial performance in line with a 3 year strategy.
