REGIONAL MANAGER 
20 yearsJob Description : REGIONAL MANAGER DRC to lead commercial growth, operational performance and strategic market development across the DRC. The successful candidate will serve as the in-country leader, responsible for revenue generation, client relationship management, operational oversight and team leadership, while ensuring alignment with the Group’s broader commercial strategy across the African continent. Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Identify and secure new business opportunities across the DRC market. Manage and deliver regional revenue targets, margins and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders. Lead negotiations for major commercial agreements and contracts. Oversee service delivery and operational performance across the region. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and HSE standards. Lead, develop and manage the in-country team to drive performance. Provide regular reporting on commercial performance, risks and market opportunities. Represent the organisation with government bodies, regulators and industry stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years’ commercial or operational management experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience managing revenue growth and P&L accountability within Sub-Saharan Africa. Proven leadership capability managing multi-cultural teams in complex environments. Master’s degree advantageous. Experience within mining services, industrial services, infrastructure or related sectors. Experience working within multi-country or pan-African organisational structures.
