Job Description : FACTORY HEAD BANGLADESH This is for cashew processing This role is accountable for the operations of the entire plant, ensure meeting of production targets, maintaining efficiency level, profitability by controlling cost, delivering the manufacturing output as per customer requirement by maintaining quality standard and managing overall administrative and operational issues at plant to comply policies. Responsibilities : · Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly production plan for the Plant. · Responsible for establishing the production process. · Responsible for supervising and overseeing the plan for internal activities such as production, maintenance and inventory. · Responsible for developing a process that allows for advance planning for the availability of raw materials and spares. · Making annual budget for the Plant considering the production and dispatch and monitor cost and budget to ensure adherence to budget targets. · Ensure efficient operation of Plant by proper manpower planning, ensuring proper Training & Development of the people in Plant. · Ensure ongoing improvement in quality of the output of production. · Set targets against matrix for all departments and review performance periodically. · Ensure production and delivery of manufacturing output as per customer requirement. · Identify and adopt appropriate best practices and latest developments in plant management to streamline processes and maximize business profitability. · Define delegation of financial and non-financial authority as per defined process and the company policy. · Ensure proper management of maintenance spares to control maintenance cost. · Identify key positions and drive succession planning process at plant for organizational readiness for future. · Manage proper administration and overall safety and security systems to ensure a safe work environment at the plant. · Conduct periodic technical audits and checks as required. · Ensure that the departmental policies, guidelines and SOPs are developed, reviewed, updated and maintained to align the operational activities. · Ensure acquire / renewal of all regulatory and compliance certificates for the Plant to comply the policies. · Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining relevant ISO and EMS requirements at plant as per standards. Desired Candidate Profile At least 10 years experience in handling cashew nut processing facilities. Practical Working experience as a Head of a cashew nut processing unit.
