Job Description : Commercial Financial Controller – FMCG Manufacturing ???? This role will closely partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide financial insights, strengthen controls, and support data-driven decision-making in a high-volume, margin-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Deliver performance analysis and commercial insights to senior leadership • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve margins and drive profitability • Strengthen financial controls and risk management • Support leadership with clear, actionable financial insights Ideal Candidate ? Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) ? Strong experience in FMCG or manufacturing ? Expertise in advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred) ?
