Job Description : HEAD OF ENGINEERING & PROJECT DELIVERY PHILIPPINES Are you a visionary leader in the power generation sector ready to drive technical excellence from development to execution? We are looking for a Head of Engineering & Project Delivery to lead our technical strategy and pioneer new technology integration in Ortigas! In this high-impact role, you will be the technical heartbeat of our projects, ensuring smooth handovers, managing Owner’s Engineer (OE) engagements, and setting the standards for future energy solutions. ???? Location: Ortigas, Pasig (On-site) ? Shift: Day Shift | Full-Time ???? Core Responsibilities: • Lead oversight from early-stage development through execution to ensure commercially viable solutions. • Review and approve all technical work products from Owner’s Engineers and consultants. • Develop and maintain engineering processes and "Employer’s Requirements" templates. • Research and recommend emerging technologies for the MGEN project portfolio. • Provide guidance to Project, Mechanical, and I&C engineering teams. ? Minimum Requirements: ? 20 years of technical and project experience in power generation or heavy infrastructure. ? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. ? Proven experience in both project development and execution phases. ? Strong track record in managing OE deliverables and process improvement. ? Familiarity with emerging energy technologies and their risk/feasibility.
