The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational expertise to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily supermarket operations to ensure efficiency and profitability Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets Manage inventory control, shrinkage reduction, and stock replenishment Lead, train, and motivate a team of department supervisors and store staff Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and local regulations Build strong vendor and supplier relationships Requirements Minimum 8+ years of experience in retail supermarket operations Proven experience as Store Manager or Senior Operations Manager Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of inventory management and retail KPIs Financial acumen with P&L management experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience in emerging markets or African retail environment preferred What We Offer Competitive salary package Performance-based incentives Accommodation and relocation support Opportunity to grow with a leading organization
