Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data and timely submissions. Conduct disciplinaries and grievances for employees. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system. Assist in policy development, job evaluations and ensure proper communication to employees. Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR service delivery in the retail industry. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR operations and local labour laws in Dubai. Proficiency in HR systems and tools for managing employee data. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
