Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Real Estate Development ???? Dubai, UAE | ????? Family Office–Backed Developer We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the end-to-end financial strategy and execution of a growing real estate development platform backed by a family office. This is a build-from-scratch leadership role for a seasoned finance professional who has successfully managed real estate developments from feasibility and land acquisition through construction, delivery, and monetization. ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead financial feasibility, IRR/NPV modeling, and land acquisition evaluations • Own full project finance lifecycle – budgeting, cash flow, cost control & governance • Structure funding via banks, investors, JVs, and private capital • Set up and lead the in-house real estate finance team (transition from holding company) • Drive treasury, liquidity, and working capital management • Ensure IFRS, UAE regulatory compliance, audits & strong governance • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and family principals ???? Ideal Profile • 15+ years of finance leadership experience with strong real estate developer background • Proven exposure to greenfield development finance & land purchase structuring • Prior experience in family office / private developer / closely held group preferred • Hands-on leader with strong execution, control, and team-building capability • CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA or MBA strongly preferred
